Refuge Studio is a creative powerhouse blending art and innovation to craft breathtaking experiences within virtual reality. From conceptual spark to fully realized live concerts—Refuge brings it all to life inside immersive, ever-evolving worlds. I was brought on to develop an identity system that could anchor the experience while remaining flexible across a wide array of VR use cases.
I focused on building a symbolic core—an icon that could resonate in high-energy VR concerts, meditative spaces, and modular in-world graphics. The aesthetic lives between the near future of immersive tech and social connection, combining subtle tones of belonging with a live soundtrack to match. Custom lit environments, and sonically interactive visuals are the backbone of a brand meant to exist across the internet and your favorite memories with friends.

Logo/iconography modular across Twitch, VRChat, and live overlays
Integration of themes that make you feel at home, while discovering something brand new - think internet 2.0
Visual lore language that enhances user immersion and participation, from easter eggs to full blown product lines
Adaptive identity for meditative rooms, music festivals, and out of body experiences that blow you away into next year
